What to Bring
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, passport, state ID, or military ID.
- Your document, complete but unsigned. Sign it in front of the notary, not before.
- Any additional signers, each with their own photo ID. Everyone signing must be present.
- Witnesses, if your document requires them. Call ahead and we'll tell you what to expect.
- Payment: $10 per notarization.
