- Rent is due on or before the date on your invoice. If rent is more than 31 days late, mail is returned to the post office and the box is closed.
- Pick up packages within 7 days of delivery, and empty your box regularly. Away for a while? Let us know and we'll make arrangements.
- Your key is your authorization. Anyone holding your mailbox key can remove your mail.
- Closing your box comes with a 30-day grace period to update your address with everyone who mails you. We can forward mail during that time for a fee plus postage.

HOW TO RENT A BOX
Bring Three Things to the Counter
Fill out the application ahead of time or at the store. We'll verify your IDs, complete USPS Form 1583 with you, and hand you your key.
The rental application
Download it and fill it out before you come in, or grab one at the counter.
Two current IDs
One must be a photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The second proves your address, such as a lease, mortgage, vehicle registration, insurance policy, or voter card. We'll make the copies.
Payment
Your first rental term plus the $15 setup fee, which includes one key.

Mailbox Questions, Answered
No. A PO Box is a USPS-only address that starts with "PO Box." Yours is a real street address at 2082 HWY 183, Ste 170, with your own suite-style number. UPS, FedEx, and DHL will all deliver to it.

Yes. We sign for packages from every carrier and notify you when they arrive. Packages should be picked up within 7 days; if you'll be away longer, let us know and we can make arrangements or forward them.
It mostly comes down to how many names receive mail at the box and how many packages you get. Personal covers up to 3 names and 20 packages a month; Business up to 5 names and 30; Business Medium up to 7 and 40; Corporate up to 9 and 50. Packages that don't fit in your box are held at the counter.
